This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the "Portal") made available by HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L. to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.

The User guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may arise as a result of the breach of such obligation. 2.2. For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?

HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L. processes the information provided by the User in order to address various requests made by them. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will pursue the management of:

• Consultations and requests for proposals (RFP) submitted through the contact form enabled for this purpose.
• Resumes submitted through the Portal.
• User participation in the "Suggestions" section.
• Participation in social networks: Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
• Subscription and communication of "newsletter" to promote the products and services of the company as well as to obtain discount coupons for Users.
• Data collection form for Users in the "Hotel Guests" section in order to process their personal data to provide customized quotes based on their hotel experience where HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L. supplies its products.
• Electronic communications of informative nature, according to their interests.

HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L. may create a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

In the event that the User registers on the Portal ("Personal Area") through social login, HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L. will only access the User's personal data for which they have given their consent during the configuration of the access of the respective social network. In the specific case of resumes, the data will be kept for a maximum period of three years, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party.

 

2.4.WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of data is the legitimacy by express consent of the User through the website and the application, compliance with contractual obligations, and the consent of legitimate interest of HIJO DE J. BASSOLS, S.L.
