Shipping and returns are still free in all cases for Peninsula and Balearic Islands.


We are extending the return period from 30 to 60 days for all purchases made online. The management of the returns will have a period of 15 days.

All shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) are always free, there is no minimum amount, and delivery time is 1-7 days from the time of purchase.

Also if you want us to send you the order from a specific date, make your purchase and contact us so that we can manage your request without any problem so that you receive it when you are available.

And if you have an alternative that may be more convenient for you, let us know and we will adapt to it.

Breakdown by area:

Orders placed on holidays and public holidays or from Monday to Friday after 16:00h will be processed on the next working day.
Shipments will be free of charge to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
The global countries and regions will be distributed according to the following structure:

  • Block 1 > Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Free of charge
  • Block 2 > Portugal, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 11,50€.
  • Block 3 > Austria, Germany, Italy: 12,50€.
  • Block 4 > Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden: 17,50€.
  • Block 5 > Norway: 27,50€.
  • Block 6 > Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Greece, Slovakia: 28,50€.

For shipments to other countries and regions such as Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, UK, USA, Andorra or Switzerland, please contact us so that we can quote individually the logistics management by weight, volume and number of packages required for the shipment of the desired purchase. In any case, at Bassols we do not add any margin or profit to the shipping rate.
For shipments in areas with customs costs (such as Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) or outside the European Union, possible expenses for customs duties, local taxes or other charges have not been included in the price of the products, nor in the shipping costs. These costs, in case of occurrence, will be the responsibility of the customer.
